CAPACITY BUILDING CONSULTANCY
Chennells Brümmer & Associates (‘CBA’) adopted a Social Responsibility Charter in 2003. Part of this initiative was to establish an empowerment entity to give effect to CBA’s commitment to transformation. The intended focus areas of the newly formed Chennells Brümmer Capacity Building Consultancy (‘CBCBC’) are capacity building, (specifically training, development & facilitation); transformation of workplace practices and empowerment initiatives to give effect to the acceptance of diversity, King II and general accountability and transparency at all levels of the organisation. CBCBC is also representative of our broader community as its members are 34% female and 36% black.
All these products can be customised to the organisation’s specific requirements. Certain courses (as indicated below) will also be presented as public seminars, whilst other projects will only (as indicated) be available on an in-house (i.e. company specific) basis. Fee structures are dependent on the size of the organisation and could be obtained from the consultant, or our office manager.
